Dublinbound!
In trip planning, it’s good to follow Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. Once you have your basic needs covered, it’s all gravy from there.

Marathon Training: Week 3
Last night, I ran ten miles. I don’t think I ever ran ten miles in my life. Building miles at a steep rate has me mentally and physically drained. It’s only after a good night’s sleep do I realize what I just accomplished.

Marathon Training: Week 2
With Week 2 completed, I am encouraged with my progress, but I am a little sore. Losing steam for week 3. I’m beginning to understand what the term marathon really means.

Summer Concert
It was getting deep into July and I had yet to go to a single concert. I was starting to get discouraged until Julio called me to meet him in Girona to go see Ben Harper in Sant Feliu de Guixols.
